Move off your legacy platform without losing what it quietly does
Every long-running CRM platform does more than anyone wrote down. Suppression rules, consent logic, transactional flows and scripts built up over years keep customer communications working and compliant. Migrations fail when that logic is left behind.
Saiga delivers the parts of a migration where that risk sits, working alongside your new platform's professional services team.
What we deliver from
Estate inventory. Every journey, template, data flow, suppression rule, script and integration on the legacy platform, documented before anything moves.
Consent and suppression mapping. What your current setup enforces, how it translates to the new platform, and what must be live before the first send.
Journey and template rebuild. Journeys, personalisation and templates rebuilt on the new platform, with fallbacks and QA on every one.
Cutover governance. A parallel run on a controlled audience split, go/no-go criteria, rollback triggers and a clean retirement of the old setup.
Handover. A journey register, naming conventions, frequency rules and a RACI, so your team can run the platform after we leave.
What usually goes wrong
The data moves, the rules do not. Contact rules, suppression logic and integrations get rebuilt from memory under deadline pressure, and simplified where memory runs out.
Scope is traded quietly. Every slipped milestone is recovered by dropping something that will not be missed until it is: a reconciliation report, an edge-case journey, a consent nuance.
Nobody owns acceptance. Without pre-agreed acceptance criteria, go-live is declared when the campaigns send, not when the numbers reconcile.
Legacy platforms we move from
Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Selligent and Cheetah (now part of Zeta), and in-house or first-generation tools that have run out of road.
How it works
Discovery (fixed price). Inventory, consent map and a migration plan with scope and cost. This is the basis for everything that follows.
Delivery sprints. Consent and data foundations first, then journeys in priority order, each one run in parallel before cutover.
Cutover and handover. The legacy platform is retired only once every journey has been proven on the new one.
Scope
Hands-on build experience in Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua and Dotdigital.
Regulated communications depth, including customer communications delivered within a court-ordered UK bank migration.
A delivery model built to work alongside platform vendors, not compete with them.
Price
Discovery from £4,000, fixed. Delivery sprints are scoped and priced from the discovery.

FAQs
Do you implement?
Yes. Saiga delivers the migration: inventory, consent mapping, journey rebuild and cutover, working alongside your new platform's professional services team.
We have already chosen the platform.
Then the discovery is the entry point. Most migration damage is decided before the first record moves.
Will this slow the programme down?
The inventory and consent work runs alongside the platform set-up. What it slows down is rework.
Do you take referral fees from vendors?
Yes. Saiga works as a delivery partner with some platforms and may receive referral fees. Any relationship is disclosed in writing before work begins.
