Adobe Campaign v7: stay, move to v8, or switch?
A fixed-price review that shows what your Campaign Classic setup actually does, and which path is right for your business.
Why this decision cannot wait
Adobe has confirmed that Campaign Classic v7 will reach end of support, and its investment is going into Campaign v8 and Journey Optimizer.
Campaign v8 runs only as an Adobe managed cloud service. On-premise and hybrid deployments cannot move across as they are.
There is no automated upgrade from v7 to v8. Staying with Adobe means a reimplementation, just as switching platform does.
The question is no longer whether to migrate. It is where to, and what must not break on the way.
What the review delivers
Estate inventory. Every workflow, custom schema, typology rule, delivery template, transactional flow and integration, documented in one place.
Compliance and consent map. Where your setup quietly enforces regulatory and consent obligations today, and what would break in any move.
Options appraisal. Stay on v7, move to v8 or Journey Optimizer, or switch platform: effort, cost range, risk and timeline for each.
Recommendation and roadmap. A clear recommendation, a phased plan, and a shortlist of two or three platforms if switching is the right answer.
Decision memo. A short, board-ready summary your leadership can sign off.
Why Saiga
Most migrations fail on the logic nobody wrote down: the SQL, scripts, suppression rules and typology rules that keep customer communications compliant. Saiga starts there.
Built by a practitioner with hands-on Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
Deep regulated communications experience, including customer communications delivered within a court-ordered UK bank migration.
An independent recommendation. Saiga holds referral relationships with some platform vendors, and discloses them in writing before any work begins.
How it works
Week 1: Discovery. Kick-off, read-only access or exports, and two or three short workshops with your CRM, marketing and IT owners.
Week 2: Analysis. Inventory, compliance mapping and options appraisal.
Week 3: Readout. Recommendation, roadmap and decision memo, presented to your stakeholders.
What we need from you: read-only access or exports, and around three hours of your team's time.
Price
£4,000 fixed fee. Two to three weeks, delivered remotely. No surprises.
FAQs
Is the review vendor neutral? Yes. The recommendation can be to stay with Adobe. Any referral relationships are disclosed in writing before work starts.
We have already started planning. Is it too late? No. The inventory and compliance map de-risk any migration already under way, whichever platform you choose.
Do you need access to live customer data? No. We work from configuration exports and read-only access to workflows, schemas and templates.
