About

Saiga Systems is a specialist consultancy focused on the operational layer behind CRM, revenue systems, and customer communications.

The firm was built around a simple observation: customer-facing systems rarely become difficult because teams lack technology. They become difficult because governance, ownership, process discipline, and control fail to keep pace with complexity.

That gap creates familiar problems; fragmented lifecycle activity, inconsistent sign-off, weak QA, poor visibility across journeys, avoidable communication risk, and growing uncertainty around how AI should be introduced into existing workflows.

Saiga Systems helps businesses address that gap.

The consultancy draws on hands-on experience across CRM operations, servicing and regulatory communications, and complex cross-functional delivery involving legal, compliance, risk, data, creative, and production stakeholders.

This includes work across Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Eloqua, Dotdigital, and Dynamics, as well as programmes where CRM, revenue systems, and customer communications needed to be both commercially effective and operationally controlled.

Saiga Systems exists to help organisations build a more reliable foundation for customer communications and revenue operations — one that supports performance, scale, and stronger decision-making without creating unnecessary mess or risk.

Jack Gibbs - Founder

Jack has spent over a decade working in CRM, lifecycle, and customer communications, across some of the most recognisable names in media, financial services, and professional sectors, including Disney+, Barclays, Informa, and a five-year period leading CRM at ICAEW.

His focus throughout has been the operational layer beneath the platform: how CRM systems are structured, governed, and run, rather than the technology itself. He has worked hands-on across major platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Eloqua, Dotdigital, and Dynamics, and has advised senior stakeholders on making CRM environments scalable, well-governed, and aligned to commercial outcomes.

Much of that work has been in large-scale, regulated, and complex environments, where customer communications have to be both commercially effective and operationally controlled, and where weak governance carries real risk. It is that combination, deep operational experience and a governance-first view of how CRM should be run, that Saiga Systems is built on.

Philosophy

Effective CRM is not defined by the tools used, but by how systems, data and processes are structured and operated.

Saiga works to ensure that CRM environments are:

  • operationally sound

  • scalable

  • aligned with customer and revenue outcomes
